Foursquare Friendship Network (December 2010)
A Foursquare (location-based social network) dataset of 639,014 users and 3,214,986 friendship edges, collected by Fred Morstatter via Foursquare crawl (December 2010). Each record contains user-user friendship edges and user IDs. The dataset is notable for its friendship network from Foursquare, a pioneering location-based social network where users checked in at venues and shared locations with friends. Intended for research into social network analysis, community detection, location-based social network studies, and geographic mobility research.
